Your spending, your shared accounts, your coach.

Your own money: accounts in their own currencies, envelopes, goals. And alongside it, what you spend together: someone pays, it splits, and a balance is left that you both read the same way. And a coach who has read your ledger, and nothing else.

Works offline

The tube, the road, the plane. You add it whenever; it syncs when the signal comes back.

Every currency

Each account keeps its own. The rate is frozen the moment you enter it, with its date.

No advertising

Nothing to sell anyone: not your contacts, not what you spend.

Where it starts

Nobody has the same version of the accounts.

A group chat, notes on a phone, a spreadsheet only one person ever opens. Money between people you know rarely sours over the amounts — it sours because nobody has the same version of the facts.

Personal finances

Your money, properly kept.

Accounts in their own currencies — cash, mobile money, bank, card —, envelopes, goals, savings pots. No direct competitor has them.

This month's envelopes

A cap per category, and what's left written before what's gone. No red, no telling-off. en1

And what a screen doesn't show

Moving money from one account to another is neither spending nor income — it's a transfer, and it says so. dp1

Every month, a summary: what came in, what went out, what's left. No comment on how you live. bl1

The boundary

What's yours doesn't leave on its own.

No setting opens your personal space. You open one account, to one person, with a right you choose and take back. Nothing else ever follows.

Three rights, and no fourth.

  • Viewthey see the balance and the movements.
  • Addthey add movements, under their name.
  • Managethey adjust the balance and invite others.

Closing the account stays yours, always.

Shared spending

Your shared spending, without any one of you keeping the books.

Someone pays, it splits, and a balance is left that you both read the same way.

Balances

Who owes what to whom, one sentence per person. gd4

Adding an expense

Two chips more than the personal one — who paid, who for — and nothing else to decide if the split suits you.

sa1-groupe

The split

Equal by default, everyone ticked when it opens. You touch nothing as long as that works.

The virtual member

People who install nothing still exist: you add them, you handle their expenses, and they become a real member later without losing a thing. gd2-virtuel

Multi-currency

One rate, one date, and a debt that doesn't move on its own.

You owe 80 € on Monday and 82 € on Thursday, without anyone doing anything: that's a dispute, not a balance. Halis freezes the rate as you enter it, with its date.

Everywhere else

The balance is reconverted at today's rate, every time you open it. It moves without anyone doing a thing.

The Coach

A coach who has read your ledger, and nothing else.

It waits until it has true things to tell you. In the first weeks it reads — and the guides are there from day one.

It answers about your money, not about money in general.

Ask it whether a 220 € weekend fits. It answers with what you'll have left on the 30th, and it has counted your savings transfer on the 25th.

Every figure it writes can be tapped.

An amount leads to the movements behind it — the ones in your ledger, not a calculation you have to take on trust.

It ranks nobody, and it sells nothing.

No conduct score, no investment, no credit, no named institution. It says nothing about your groups: your ledger stays in your personal space.

During the beta

The tab is there before the words: the silence is a promise, not a closed door.

The limits, said up front

What Halis does not do.

Halis never holds your money.

You mark a repayment as done. The money moves the way it always did — transfer, cash, whatever suits you. Halis keeps nothing and sends nothing.

Halis doesn't read your texts.

Nothing is pulled from your phone. What goes into Halis is what you write, or someone in your group.

Halis never shares anything for you.

No setting opens your space. You pick an account and a person, you choose what they can do there, and you take it back whenever you want. Your other accounts, envelopes and goals never follow.

Halis ranks nobody.

No leaderboard of debtors, no « overdue », no reminder that shames. A balance is a fact to settle, not a mark of character.

The beta agreement

What we ask of you, what we owe you.

A beta isn't a free service: it's an exchange, and it gets written on both sides.

What we ask of you

A few weeks
  • Install Halis and keep it a few weeks: that's how long it takes for a budget to show.
  • Use it for real: a shared expense, an envelope, a balance.
  • Write down what breaks, however roughly. One sentence is enough.
  • Reply once to a message from us. Once.

What we owe you

No reset
  • Your account and your data carry over to production. Nothing is wiped at launch, you don't start again.
  • No advertising, no reselling, no third-party trackers.
  • We tell you what's changing, before it changes.
  • You leave whenever you like, with an export of your data.
Join the beta

The exchange, before you leave your address.

Beta sign-ups are open on both platforms. Your phone decides what comes next — we ask when you sign up.

What the beta asks

  • Set up your accounts and one envelope in the first few days.
  • Use it for real: a shared expense, an envelope, a balance.
  • Report what gets in the way, however roughly — one sentence is enough.
  • Stay reachable by email for the length of the beta.

What we don't ask

  • No phone number.
  • No payment method, no card.
  • No access to your bank accounts.
  • No obligation to stay: you leave whenever you like.

You're on a computer.

The beta installs from a phone. Scan this code to open this page on yours — you pick up where you left off. Or type the address: halis.app/en

Questions

What people ask us most.

Is Halis free during the beta?

Yes, and everything is open: the groups, the personal side, sharing an account. The price of the personal side will be announced before public launch, never after the fact.

Does my data survive the move to production?

Yes. Your account, your groups, your envelopes and your history carry over as they are. There's no reset between the beta and launch.

How long does it last?

Sign-ups stay open, and the beta runs until the screens are settled. We don't give a date: we'll tell you before the public launch.

If I share an account, what does the other person see?

That account, and nothing else: its balance and its movements. Not your other accounts, not your envelopes, not your goals, not your report. You choose what they can do there — view, add, or manage — and you take it back whenever you want.

Does it work without a connection?

Yes. You enter things offline, and it syncs when the signal returns. Nothing waits for a connection to be written down.

Does Halis touch my money?

No. No payment goes through Halis. You mark a repayment as done; the money moves the way it always did.

How do I leave?

You export your data and delete your account, from the app. Nothing is held back, nothing is kept « just in case ».

Sign-ups are open. Your phone decides the route.

Your spending, your shared accounts — and the boundary between the two that never moves.

Join the beta

Which phone?

Sign-ups are open on both sides, but the routes don't look alike: the address we ask for and the steps that follow depend on your platform.

No phone number, no payment method. You can leave the beta whenever you like.
