What Halis AI reads and what it doesn't do
Halis AI uses relevant figures from your journal to answer your question after you agree. It does not replace a professional, and its proposals do not change your journal without confirmation.
Halis AI uses figures available in Halis to help you understand your record and prepare certain actions. First check that relevant accounts and transactions are filled in: an answer cannot by itself complete what you have not recorded.
Open the conversation and give consent
From the Halis AI area, enter your question in the conversation. Before the first send that requires consent, Before your first question explains the information used: your question, recent exchanges and relevant journal figures sent to the named partner.
Read that explanation before tapping I agree. You can also defer consent using the other offered choice; that step does not then send the question. The consent text distinguishes voice and journal notes from the context automatically transmitted.
Do not copy codes, passwords or unnecessary personal details into your question. Anything you deliberately write in the message is part of the question used to answer, even if similar information is not automatically added from your journal.
Ask a precise question
State what you want to understand, including a period, account or category when useful. For example, “What do my transport expenses show this month?” provides clearer context than “How are my finances?”.
If purchases were just recorded on another phone, check syncing first. If the answer concerns a different period or account than intended, clarify your request and compare the figures with the journal before making a decision.
Review an action proposal
Halis AI can present a proposal for review. A card awaiting validation is not an entry already made: check the amount, currency, date, category and account when shown, then use the offered validation or edit commands.
For example, if a proposed expense uses cash but you paid with mobile money, change the account before confirming. After validation, find the entry in the journal to check the result; avoid also recording the same expense manually.
An answer or validation in Halis does not initiate a payment or bank transfer. The proposal serves your tracking and should match what actually happened or what you decide to organise within Halis.
Understand waiting and available questions
If a question is waiting for the network, read its conversation status and use the resume command when offered. A restored connection does not mean the question is automatically resent. Avoid starting several new versions of the same pending request.
The interface shows the number of available questions. Once they are used, guides and observations remain available. Some recognised questions about using Halis can lead to a help article without consuming a conversation question; this does not guarantee that every phrasing will be recognised.
Adjust usage and contact the team
Halis AI settings let you disable the conversation and manage offered choices for groups, among other options. Review these settings according to what you want to use; product help and analysis of your figures serve different needs.
For account access, a subscription or unexpected app behaviour, use help and contact the team. Halis AI does not provide investment, credit or insurance advice. When asking for support, describe the message and attempted action without sharing your codes.
