I've paid but the offer keeps coming back
If the offer reappears after a purchase, check which Halis and store accounts you are using. Restoring purchases can recover an active subscription without buying another one.
To recover a purchase, distinguish your Halis account from the account used in the App Store or Google Play. Access depends on recognising the subscription, rather than simply having installed Halis on this phone before.
Check both accounts
- Check that you are using the Halis account associated with the purchase.
- Check the store account used on the phone.
- Open that store’s subscriptions to check the Halis subscription’s current status.
- Have a network connection available before restoring in the app.
A past purchase does not prove a subscription is still active today. A different Halis identity or store account can also explain why you do not have the same access.
For example, if you purchased with one store account and then changed the account on the phone, check that difference first. If you also signed into Halis with another address, examine the two changes separately.
Start restoration
From your profile, open the offer presentation or subscription comparison in Halis. Find Restore purchases and use it, then let the search finish before starting another operation.
Restoration asks the purchase service to retrieve available rights for the identity in use. It is not a new subscription and does not recreate your money accounts or journal.
Read the result carefully
If access is found, return to the relevant feature and check what Halis now offers. Rights may also need updating through the service; this guide does not guarantee a propagation time.
If no access is found, that alone does not prove you never paid. The store account, Halis identity, subscription status or communication with the service may need checking.
This guide does not guarantee that a purchase from one store will be found by restoring through the other. If moving between Android and iPhone, tell the team the original store and new device rather than buying again as a test.
Prepare a useful request
Note the relevant store, whether its screen shows an active subscription, the Halis account used and the message obtained after restoration. Also mention a recent change of phone or sign-in method.
A screenshot of the result can help explain the situation; hide personal details that are not needed. Do not share passwords, sign-in codes, access codes or full payment details.
Distinguish restoration from subscription management
Restoration tries to retrieve existing access. It is not a refund request and does not stop renewal. To check or manage subscription status, use the store that billed it.
Avoid repeated purchases to resolve missing access. Repeat the checks and contact the team with the facts you observed; this procedure promises neither a refund nor an automatic return of access.
